USA’s Military/Monetary Hegemony is Over

We Forced the World to Unite…Against US!

Freedom, Indiana – Our nation’s founders warned usEisenhower warned us.  Innumerable politicians, economists and even losers like me have warned through generations and decades, against central banks, empire-building, entangling-alliance meddling, nannying, and military/monetary bullying.  Our costs are rising, our standard of living is falling, and the recent meeting of international leaders, and expo of military might in Beijing, presaged that USA’s costly exertions of global domination will end, one way, or another.  As all proud empires fall, so shall ours.

It’s not all Trump’s fault.  Our century-old fiat currency system and Federal Reserve Bank cabal doomed us to the twin perils of the Cantillon Effect, which made the rich, richer at the expense of the non-Investment Class; and, since the Breton Woods Agreement after WWII, the Triffin Paradox, which describes the inflation and inevitable collapse of the dollar’s dominance as the global Reserve Currency.

But Trump’s manic gyrations of military and monetary bullying, piling on more international sanctions on everybody, particularly after the EU/Biden freezing of Russian assets, and recently, the helter-skelter tariffs and regime change efforts, accelerated moves already begun by nations around the world, to end our empire’s destructive carrot-and-mostly-stick manipulation and subjugation of the planet.  Economic alliances like BRICS and ASEAN, and a new military axis of China, Russia, Iran and North Korea, now comprise most of the world’s population, and economic production.  We’ve funded, armed and trained our enemies, and betrayed our friends.  We turned against what made this nation successful, and subjected ourselves to demagogues and plutocrats.  We have literally forced most of the world to turn against us. Who can blame them?

But we can come out of this OK if we do a few things that should’ve been done long ago.

First, stand-down our Military-Industrial Monster, and focus on free trade.  Real free trade.  Now.  Today.  Globally.  We ought to publicly issue a very humble and honest mea culpa that we’re broke, and that we can no longer govern, aid, punish, defend or nanny any country but our own.  Sorry.

Second, End the Fed, and reestablish a sound, and BTW, constitutional, monetary system.  G. Edward Griffin wrote a workable, stepwise plan to do this in “The Creature from Jekyll Island.”  I’m not aware of a better plan.

Finally, and this is the hardest sell, but must happen if we’re to avoid casting our seniors into ditches.  We must phase-out and privatize both Social Security and Medicare.  I’m on SS and Medicare myself, and I’m certain this would be a massive improvement for all of us, not the catastrophe our rulers would have you believe.  This would stop our slide into destitution, and start us marching toward real prosperity.

If we’d prefer to continue our acceleration toward destitution and the sociopolitical drainpipes of history, we can of course keep reelecting the corrupt millionaire politicians that are protecting the Epstein files and care more about Netanyahu, than you.

But if you give anything I’ve said above any credit at all, please start pressuring the politicians we’ve been reelecting, AND start looking now, today, for better replacements.  Encourage people that you know would be moral, responsible, constitutional public servants to run for office, and/or run yourself.

We can fix this, or at least clean up a big mess and avoid real catastrophe.  But the clock is ticking, and the USA now has real competition for King of this rock.  And that doesn’t have to be the end of the world.

Can rethink our war policy, please?

Freedom, IndianaAuthor Andrew Horning is the Libertarian Party of Indiana’s candidate for Indiana’s US Senate seat in 2024.

With my mother’s side of the family long disregarding some genealogical and DNA evidence to the contrary, I allege that I am not at all Jewish.  I certainly wasn’t raised in any way to make me claim hereditary ownership of Palestine, or maintain enmity toward the sons of Ishmael.  I’ve in fact read a lot of history about Zionism, and the many prophetic warnings from T.E. Lawrence about western meddling in the Middle East.  So perhaps this disqualifies me from saying that we citizens, voters and taxpayers of the US of A, should stay the !@#$ out of the Middle East, and stop serving that shyster Netanyahu’s desire to cajole every nuclear power (including and especially the forever-almost-nuclear power, Iran) on the planet into war.

After all, these days, only some people are allowed to speak on particular subjects.

But I nevertheless have what I think are good reasons for my disinclination toward WWIII and self-immolation, no matter the geographic spark of the conflagration:  We’re past-broke, falling apart in every way, and on the verge of a very ugly multi-faceted civil war over, among other things, illegal aliens and partisan idolatry.  In other words, We The People are a hot mess, are in no condition, and simply cannot afford, what is already a rapidly escalating global war with a growing number of BRICS block nations who’ve tired of our global hegemony.  Besides, we’ve not finished our war on Russia yet.

However, I can offer instead, proven solutions to our internal problems that would set us on a course toward peace, prosperity, security, justice, as well as political and economic freedom such that none of us alive today have ever experienced.  I suggest we consider this offer, instead of serving the ravenous greed and power lust of the Malthusian eugenicist puppet master psychopaths pushing the world toward Armageddon.

Once we have, as suggested by our Declaration of Independence, righted ourselves by opposing the political forms to which we are accustomed, then we can go ahead and discuss blowing up the planet.

Does that sound reasonable?

USA Foreign Policy Is …WWIII?

USA Foreign Policy Is Self-Immolation

Freedom, IndianaAuthor Andrew Horning is the Libertarian Party of Indiana’s candidate for Indiana’s US Senate seat in 2024.

George Washington’s Farewell Address was, far more than any recent US President has proven capable, wise counsel.  Besides his warnings against political parties, he said, “It is our true policy to steer clear of permanent alliances with any portion of the foreign.”  Thomas Jefferson’s first Inaugural Address further promoted that sound policy as, “…peace, commerce, and honest friendship with all nations, entangling alliances with none.”  Many US Presidents, and all the wisest people, said much the same…until a few decided that global domination under USA rule seemed like a good idea.

Setting aside, for the moment, the tragic, ongoing mistakes in creating, empowering and submitting to the destructively corrupt FBI and CIA, our nation’s worst mistakes in foreign, as well as domestic policy, have been in seeking, and maintaining, military-monetary global hegemony at the cost of…well…everything.

For example, just after WWII, our nation embarked on a mission to maintain separation between the USSR and China; and NATO was meant to keep the USSR as troubled and weak as possible.  After the negotiated collapse of the USSR, we added Iran and a few other nations to our basket of deplorables, to ensure that none of these nations could challenge the USA’s empire.  We very specifically violated multiple agreements of neutrality and buffer zones, and overthrew governments in Yugoslavia and Ukraine, to expand NATO, and US forces, right onto Russia’s national doorstep.

Our incessant covert and overt operations worldwide to overthrow, assassinate, destabilize regions, and wage undeclared forever wars, as well as using the US Dollar and trade sanctions to oppress and control other nations, have pushed many former enemies and uneasy allies much closer together, such that the BRICS alliance has grown into a bloc of nations now economically and militarily powerful enough to threaten our military/monetary empire after all…and maybe win.

Even before June 23, after USA-supplied and directed cluster munitions killed beachgoing citizens in Sevastopol, Crimea, our own government has pushed the world far closer to WWIII than we were during the Cuban Missile Crisis.

I’ll be blunt.  Our government is today, the worst, most existential threat to our Republic, and We The People.  It’s robbing us blind and endangering us all for the benefit of a few Malthusian eugenicist psychopaths, global puppet masters and cronies bent on power and money.  They don’t care a whit about the rest of us.

The bad news and simultaneous good news in all this, is that it’s all by our own choices and actions.  We submit.  We pay for it in taxes, both overt and hidden (inflation’s another topic).  We pay for it with our lives.  And we have continuously re-elected it when it’s always been in our right, duty and power to “…abolish the forms to which we are accustomed.”

What I’m offering with my candidacy is proven to work better than anything else anybody, any nation, has ever tried…peace, prosperity, security, justice and freedom.  THAT is quite the opposite of what the other candidates represent.

But electing me would not be about me.  And if elected, I would not be just one contrarian voice in the US Senate.

Election Day is citizens’ power of peaceful revolution.  Electing me would unmistakably represent a change of heart, spirit, mind and action in our whole populace.  It would represent a cultural epiphany and call to arms such that it would truly be, a revolutionary shot heard ‘round the world.

God Knows we need that.
