Let’s chase the fox out of the henhouse

Please do me a favor and write letters to the editor, to your local radio and print broadcast, regarding a terrible, destructive, unconstitutional and criminal scam that’s been worsening for the past one hundred years.

The private clubs we call the Demoratic and Republican parties have, as you know, granted themselves special status, powers and advantages.  Taxpayers are forced to pay for political primaries that involve only Ds and Rs, and which give them a year’s head start in public attention, fundraising, and organization.  Only Ds and Rs can have Precinct Committeemen, people with many quasi-governmental powers, yet none of the restraints.  Only Ds and Rs can be on election-related committees – only they count the votes, make appointments and fill public office vacancies.  Only Ds and Rs can have electors, who really choose the President of the United States of America.

All that is immoral, unconstitutional, corrupt and destructive.

I’ve been advised that, while my case is rock solid on fact, merit and law, no court in Indiana, federal or state, would hear my case; at least not until there’s some public attention on this ongoing crime.  Without at least a little public attention, my suit would almost surely be immediately dismissed “with prejudice” as are so many other complaints against our rogue leaders.  So I take my case to you.

Please consider the gravity of my charges; and consider that you and your loved ones are also affected by our society’s worst, and potentially fatal problem.

Freedom, Indiana

Two puppets, and a baaad puppeteer

We have been told that we operate under a “two party system” that, in fact, never existed in law or practice.

What does exist, is a globe-spanning criminal crony network that has hoodwinked and robbed us for generations.

Given the incessant, ongoing revelations of scandal and corruption in our government, as well as the common observation that things have gone terribly wrong, my hope is that more of us awaken to this fact, and vote accordingly.

That awakening is a long time coming.  The worst of the crime ring’s basic infrastructure started just over a hundred years ago with a network of private bankers given monopoly power over our currency.  With their debt/inflation-based fiat currency comes an ancient pattern of failure that consumed most of the greatest civilizations in history.  And this time, it is truly a global colossus that is about to collapse in what would be the worst, most violent and impoverishing conflagration ever.

This is a lot of “conspiracy theory” to absorb, let alone believe, so for now I’ll ignore the global monetary, espionage and military systems, and start with what you can see every day here in Indiana.

The Indiana Constitution’s Article I, Section 23 is strong and specific in prohibiting special individual or class rights: “The General Assembly shall not grant to any citizen, or class of citizens, privileges or immunities, which, upon the same terms, shall not equally belong to all citizens.”

In direct violation of this clear prohibition, members of the private clubs called the Democratic and Republican parties have incrementally and over the past century created and protected special powers as “major” parties under Indiana Code.

It’s surprising how many people don’t know that only the Ds and Rs get taxpayer-funded primary elections that serve as vehicles for free media promotion, more donations, and direct public involvement with the internal affairs of their parties.  Only they can have Precinct Committeemen with special political rights and powers, yet without the constitutional and antitrust restrictions on other political officeholders.  Only “the major political parties” are entitled to serve on the Indiana Election Commission and Recount Commission, among other things.

Worse still is that the Democratic and Republican parties have illegally placed arbitrary barriers and special requirements on all alternative candidates that make it vastly more difficult for them to get on ballots, be seen on ballots, or even come close to the level of taxpayer-supported organization voters assume are shared by all political parties.

In case you think that new law trumps old law; that’s not how constitutions work at all.  Both Indiana’s Article I, Section 25, and the federal constitution’s 10th amendment make it plain that violations of the constitutions are null and void; they’re no more “law” than if a cat coughed them up.

The good news is that all governments are by consent of the governed.  Even the most oppressive regimes are overthrown when the people have had enough.  And we have elections so that our revolutions can be peaceful.

So, look around the various structural and media roadblocks to research the truth on your own.

I’m hoping you’ll realize that even participating in their primary elections gives too much help to corrupt parties that don’t need our help.  I hope you’ll see that it’s not alternative candidates who need to explain what they’re doing on the ballot.  I really hope you’ll look at what our nation has become, look at the agents of that monstrosity, and ask, “How dare you show yourself on our ballots again?

Forward Ho!

In real life, Lemmings do not run into the sea.  But people do.  Since the first violent blow of human history we have sought leaders to give us banners and trumpets, point to the cliffs and cry “FORWARD HO!”

It’s invariable fact that all nations die; and with very few exceptions, the modus operandi is suicide.

Now, until fairly recently, American Presidents warned us more about this death by our own hands than about any external threat.  From Kennedy and Eisenhower, to Jefferson, Adams and Washington, our leaders dismissed external threats compared to the perils of central banking, unlimited political powers, ungoverned militarism and even …democracy.

Now our government is much more powerful and secretive than when it tested syphilus on black men, or fed plutonium to school kids.  Yet no president ever mentions constitutional restraint any more.

I’m afraid this is what they call foreshadowing.  And it’s not our first warning.

The world hasn’t seen a year’s peace since the War to End All Wars.  Crime has exploded since the War on Crime.  God knows the war on Drugs has been a bust.  We’re working longer hours, taking less vacation, the land of the free has the world’s highest percentage of citizens in prison…

And we have voted for all of it.

What’s worse is that it looks like we intend to keep charging toward that cliff.  If such betting were legal in Indiana, I’d bet that in the upcoming election, voters will once again choose the bipartisan violence, corruption and oppressive failure that have been proliferating like bacteria for the past 90 years.

One way or another, this foolishness will end; either by a collective act of will, or by slack-jawed ignorance and societal collapse.

Choices are taken away from us every day.  We don’t have so many left.  The choices we make on Election Day have been mindlessly partisan, thoughtlessly shallow and unresearched for too long.  It’s time to vote as though it’s a matter of life and death; because, of course, it is just that.

The Greatest Generation? …A Hundred Years Ago

One hundred years ago, an ordinary citizen could, without license, approval or red tape, own a water-cooled heavy machine gun.  A hundred years ago, somebody could start a business by just going to work at it and telling everybody you know.  In fact, a hundred years ago there were more minority businessmen, scientists, capitalists and farmers than there are today.  (…Seriously.  I’m not making that up.  Hoosiers should know that the first female millionaire was Madame Walker, a black woman)

A hundred years ago there was no income tax, no “federal” programs, no undeclared wars, and practically no restrictions of any kind on what citizens could drink, eat, say or do.

Today, our central planners decide how much water a toilet can flush.  They regulate our “rights” to religion, speech, press, assembly, petition in literally thousands of ways.  They tell you whether you can start a business, or not.  They tax you for everything in such an insidious, hidden way that you don’t even notice that over half of what you do, you do for politicians.

This is sick.  This is stupid.  This cannot last and it will die; either by planning and considered replacement, or to our slack-jaw horror as this nation is squashed under the juggernaut of our own incessant, invariable and stupid history.

I hate that we’re failing.  I hate that so few see it.  I hate that I am unable to do much about it.

You, however…you could turn this around.  The collective “us” can easily fix all that’s wrong and get the government we had a hundred years ago (still the newest thing ever) with all the technology of today.

We just need to ask.  …And then demand.

We must never again waste our votes on the criminals currently stealing us blind.  We must vote only for those who’d obey the written constitutions as written.

Is that so hard?
